These General Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Agreement") shall apply when Tactel AB provides a service named Keep Contacts (the "Service") to a consumer (the "Customer").
By creating a Keep Contacts account or by using the Keep Contacts Software Application or the Keep Contacts Service, you accept and confirm that any registration information that you submit to Keep Contacts is true, accurate and complete, that you will update such information in order to keep it current, and that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

In addition to the above, you agree to take all reasonable care to prevent unauthorized use of the Keep Contacts Software Application and the Keep Contacts Service and its content.

This Agreement will become effective in relation to you when you create an Keep Contacts account or when you start using the Keep Contacts Software Application or the Keep Contacts Service and will remain effective until terminated by you or Keep Contacts. Keep Contacts reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your Keep Contacts account at any time in case of unauthorised, or suspected unauthorised, use of the Keep Contacts Software Application or the Keep Contacts Service, whether in contravention of this Agreement or otherwise. If Keep Contacts terminates this Agreement, or suspends your Keep Contacts account for any of the reasons set out in this section, Keep Contacts shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and Keep Contacts will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid. We reserve the right to block usage from any country or market.
The use of the Keep Contacts Software Application and the Keep Contacts Service is at your own risk. The Keep Contacts Software Application and the Keep Contacts Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, Keep Contacts gives no warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, content and availability or fitness for a specific purpose of the Keep Contacts Software Application or the Keep Contacts Service. In addition, Keep Contacts does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party on or through the Keep Contacts Service or any hyperlinked website, or featured in any banner or other advertising.
In no event shall Tactel AB, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to any loss of data, service interruption, computer failure or pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Keep Contacts Software Application or the Keep Contacts Service (including but not limited to its content), even if you have advised Keep Contacts about the possibility of such loss, and including any damages resulting therefrom.
Your only right with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the Keep Contacts Software Application and the Keep Contacts Service is to uninstall the Keep Contacts Software Application and to stop using the Keep Contacts Service.
The Keep Contacts Software Application, the Keep Contacts Service and the content provided through the Keep Contacts Service is the property of Keep Contacts or Keep Contacts licensors and protected by intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) and that you do not have a right to use the Keep Contacts Software Application or the Keep Contacts Service (including but not limited to its content) in any manner not covered by the Agreement. The Customer shall not be entitled, over and above what has been consented to in writing by Tactel AB, to use, copy, modify or in any other manner use software or other material pertaining to the Service, or assign or license rights to such software or material to any third party. We strictly prohibit all resale of the service or clients, or other similar use of accounts or clients for profit. Further, you may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices contained on or provided through the Keep Contacts Software Application or the Keep Contacts Service.
Keep Contacts will make reasonable efforts to keep the Keep Contacts Software Application and the Keep Contacts Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. Keep Contacts reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Keep Contacts Software Application and the Keep Contacts Service with or without notice.
You agree that Keep Contacts has a right to collect and process your personal information. Your information is yours alone and is not in any way shared with other people and/or services. This includes personal information, such as contacts, appointments or any contact information. The access to the servers is done with secure and encrypted channels. The data is stored on redundant servers for longevity purposes. Keep Contacts collects anonymous user information about the service usage and application error logs in order to continuously improve the service and understand the obstacles users might face. No personal data is gathered in this process.
Disputes in relation to the interpretation or application of the Agreement shall be conclusively determined by a Swedish court pursuant to Swedish Law
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply from and including 1 March 2015 and replace all earlier terms and conditions regarding the Services which Tactel AB provides to the Customer.
